Billie, Ski and family, my sister Christy just told me of Bill’s passing. I’m so very sorry for your loss. I remember all the fun I had as a kid playing with your children at all the BooHum picnics and the Branch get togethers. I always thought he was such a nice man. I know my Mum, Lois, enjoyed being an officer with him serving NARFE. Please know I’m holding each one of you up to the light for solace and comfort during this time of immense grief and loss.
Love to you all,
Lorrie Roth (the middle one)

Billie, how shocked we are to learn of William's passing! You know how much we enjoyed talking to you guys over the years and just last month. It is our prayers that God will take care of you and family during this time. Please know that Will is alright, for the scripture says in II Corinthians 5:8, We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the
body, and to be present with the Lord.

Bill was such a gracious and kind person. I have fond memories of when his chapter sponsored the NARFE Federation convention in Johnstown. Thanks to Bill and Billie it was a marvelous event. I will miss seeing him very much. Thanks

Billie and family, My deepest sympathy on the passing of Bill. He was a true patriot, a great family man, and a true friend to many of us. I was fortunate enough to be associated with him for over 20 years with DOD's ESGR; and always enjoyed our meetings and drives to Fort Indiantown Gap. He was a true Gentleman that set the standard for the rest of us.
