SLAVICH, Barbara A.,102, of Johnstown. Died June 19, 2024 at Richland Health Care Center. Born June 11, 1922, in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Steven and Marie (Metroka) Sandor. Also preceded in death by husband Harry M. Slavich and brothers Steven, Jr., Michael and John Sandor. Survived by children; Sandra Slavich and Jeffrey (Ruth) Slavich; granddaughter, Lacey (Randy) Ott; and great grandchildren Ryker and Ruby Ott. Also, special friend Rita Hull. Barbara was formerly employed at W.T. Grant, Sears and J.C. Penny and was a worldwide traveler. Member of Holy Trinity Byzantine Catholic Church, Conemaugh and active in St. Anne’s Guild. Friends invited to funeral with Divine Liturgy at Holy Trinity Church on Tuesday June 25, at 9 am. Fr. Robert Oravetz, Pastor. Interment at Grandview Cemetery. Family suggests donations to Holy Trinity Church or Windber Hospice in memory of Barbara. Family is being served by Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, Conemaugh.
