Stephens, William J. “Bill”, 71 of Davidsville, formerly of Richland. Died October 4, 2019 at home. Born February 19, 1948. Son of the late John and Elsie (Bloom) Stephens. Also preceded in death by siblings; John, Francis, Robert and Charles Stephens; and brother-in-law and best friend Gary “Crash” Kelley. Survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Joye K. (Kelley); children Kelley (Doug) Hornbecker and William J. Stephens. Brother of Audrey Uncapher and twin sister Jacqueline (Tom “Moe”) Cowan.  Grandchildren Tyler, Brady, Ryan, Trevor, and Cassie; nieces Colleen and Leann. 1965 graduate of Ferndale High School and University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. Bill was a US Navy Veteran. Retired from Penelec. Member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Johnstown Seafood Club, and NRA. He was a professional photographer, who enjoyed cooking, and the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and golfing. Bill was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be missed dearly.  Friends will be received 4-8 p.m. Monday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland where service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. Pastor Adam Dotts, officiating. Entombment at Richland Cemetery Mausoleum with Military Rites by Conemaugh Valley Detachment 287, Marine Corps League.
