William R. Muha

MUHA---William R., 88, Johnstown, went to be with the Lord on February 23, 2026 at home. Born October 1, 1937 in Johnstown, son of Martin and Elizabeth Muha. Preceded in death by loving wife of 48 years, Doris Mae (Henry) Muha; grandson, John William Muha and great-grandson, Jack Henry Dorian. Survived by children, Mark Robert Muha and wife Catherine, Tennessee, daughter, Diane C. (Muha) Dorian and husband, Robert “Scott,” Hollsopple; grandson, Travis Scott Dorian, Johnstown; granddaughter, Jessi Mae Iverson and husband, Chanley Iverson, Arizona, great-granddaughters, Avery Dorian, Rylan and Evelyn Iverson. Brother of Ronald Muha and wife, Beverly, Florida; girlfriend, Rosalie Adamson, Homer City and several nieces and nephews. William was 1955 graduate of Johnstown High School. He was a US Navy veteran having served during the Cuban Blockade. He retired from Bethlehem Steel after 30 years as an expeditor. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping with family and friends. He was a member of the Greater Ferndale Sportsmen’s Club. The family is being served by Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Cremation by Laurel Highlands Crematory at Harris Funeral Home.
