Sharon Lee Bombach

BOMBACH---Sharon Lee, 78, Vinco, passed on March 10, 2022 with family by her side after a short illness. Born July 14, 1943, in Johnstown, daughter of Kenneth W. and Florence E. (Egan) Smith. Preceded in death by parents; infant sister, Marilyn Joy Smith, grandson, Evan Lloyd. Survived by husband of 58 years, Robert J. Bombach whom she married on April 25, 1964; children, Tammy Garland, Patricia (Joseph) Lloyd, Harrisburg; and Lori (Craig) Anderson, Pittsburgh and grandchildren, Cody and fiance, Kasey Bacher and Nicole Lloyd and Kara Goughnour. Sharon loved to read books. Member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Mundy’s Corner. The family will receive from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, 229-231 First St., Conemaugh and again from 10 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Mundy’s Corner, with Rev. Kevin McNamara officiating. Cremation by Laurel Highlands Crematory. Private inurnment at Ogden Cemetery at the convenience of the family. The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church or Jackson Township Volunteer Fire Department in memory of Sharon L. Bombach.
