ARELLANO---Ruth Ann D., 83, formerly of Johnstown, passed away November 5, 2021 in Chesapeake, Virginia. Born November 20, 1937, in Beckley, WVA, daughter of Howard B. and Chloe (Anderson) Dickerson. (Foster). Ruth was a graduate of Concord University in Athens, West Virginia. She was an elementary school teacher in the Forest Hills School District. Member of SS. Gregory and Barnabas Parish, Daisytown, where a Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2022 with Father Callistus Elue. Committal, Forest Lawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to SS. Gregory & Barnabas Parish in memory of Ruth Ann D. Arellano.
