Rosaline A. "Rose" Kubas

Kubas, Rosaline Ann "Rose",  beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on May 6, 2025, at the age of 74. Born on September 18, 1950, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, she was the cherished daughter of Wilford and Jennie Rutledge. Rose's life was woven with love and devotion. She was married to her soulmate, John Kubas Sr., for an incredible 54 years. Together, they created a warm and nurturing home, raising two children, John Kubas Jr. , wife Andrea, and Roxanne Horner, husband Justin. Rose's legacy continues through her three adored grandchildren: Shayne Kubas, partner Olivia Friday, Camren Horner and Brady Kubas. Each of them carries a piece of her spirit and love in their hearts. A woman of simple joys, Rose found happiness in the little things—whether it was the thrill of a Bingo game or the laughter shared during family gatherings. Her warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone she met, and her absence will be profoundly felt by all who knew her. In this time of sorrow, let us remember Rose for her unwavering love, her infectious laughter, and the countless moments of joy she brought into our lives. She will be greatly missed, but her spirit will forever remain in our hearts.
