Ronald D. Faith

Faith, Ronald D., 86, of Geistown. Went to be with the Lord on June 18, 2026, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born Nov. 27, 1939, in Johnstown. Son of the late Delmas B. and Ida Mae (Harris) Faith. Also, preceded in death by his loving wife of 60 years, Nancy C. (Gay); amazing daughter Joyce E. Faith; sister’s Dona Mae Faith and Janet L. (Faith) Zdelar; brothers Melvin D. and Barry L. Faith;, parent in-laws James I. and Mildred T. (White) Gay; and brother and sister in-law’s Mark Zdelar and Russell D. Dunn; Beverly Bloom and Gayle Cauffiel. Survived by children, Rhonda (Randy) Gutilla; Carole (Tom) Merriman; Anita (Bob) Sendek; Ron Faith; Amy (Ken) Clifford, all of Johnstown. Grandchildren, Bobby and Tim (Michelle) Sendek; Tommy (Martika), Kevin (Morgan), and Michael (Connie) Merriman; Ryan (Sierra) Ellis and Kayla Clifford. Eight great-granddaughters and 4 great-grandsons. Brother of Susan J. (Faith) Dunn. Also, sisters and brother in law, Lois, Joan and Jim (Patty) and numerous nieces and nephews. Ronald (Ronnie) was a big personality who loved his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and siblings. He was proud of the life him, his wife, and the Lord, built together. He enjoyed camping, long drives, his wife’s cooking and baking, and of course, took pride in the upkeep of his home and yard. A second love of his, however, would have to be his job. Ron proudly drove truck for 45 years, finally retiring from Sheetz in January of 2001. If there is one thing he would want to leave us with, it would be his motto: no matter what, put your family first. Friends received 4 to 7 pm Saturday and noon to 3 pm time of service Sunday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Pastor Jim Gay, officiating.
