Iachini, Robert J., “Bobby”, 55, South Riding, VA., formerly of Johnstown. Died suddenly Jan. 3, 2011. Born Aug. 20, 1955, Middletown, CT. Son of the late Dominic J. Iachini and Beverly A. ((DeSantes) Iachini of Richland. Also preceded in death by niece, Haley Rapsky and father-In-law, Michael Hamula. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, the former Margaret Hamula and daughters; Jamie Dombrowski (Dr. Robert )and Erica Kolesar (Vincent), both of VA.; Grandson, Gabriel Dombrowski; mother-in-law, Margaret Hamula, Johnstown; sisters, Debra Lux-Iachini (Robert)and Dana Iachini-Fabina (Dennis), both of Johnstown; Michele Dellapenta (Lou), Ohio; and Jodi Iachini-Severson (Christopher), WI. Brother-in-law of Sharon and Ray Bastaja, Johnstown; Michael and Sue Ann Hamula, MI.; Also favorite Uncle, Nello A. DeSantes, JR., Pittsburgh; and nieces and nephews. Attended St. Benedict Grade School and 1973 graduate of Richland High School. Formerly employed at Penelec and now was employed for the U.S. Government.  Played drums for several local and D.C. area Bands. A wonderful son, husband, father, grandfather and brother who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Private services are being held in Herndon, VA.
