Richard A. Kemp

Kemp - Richard Allen, 69, Johnstown, formerly of Bellwood and Hollidaysburg, passed away Tuesday, January, 26, 2021 at Conemaugh Medical Center in Johnstown due to pulmonary fibrosis. Rick was born July 8, 1951 in Altoona, PA, son of the late Robert and Virginia (Holland) Kemp.  He is survived by a daughter, Tracey Zuiker; 4 granddaughters; sister, Sandra Krise, and a brother, John “Jack” Kemp. He is also survived by special friends, Arthur and Roxanne Gurson. Rick retired from F. L. Smithe after many years of service. He enjoyed camping, ham radios and walking. Rick served his country in the U.S. Army Reserves for 9 years. At Rick’s request, there will be no public viewing or service.
