Dawson, Richard K., Jr., “Rick”, 60, of East Conemaugh. Died Mar. 18, 2011, at Home. Born on September 14, 1950 in Johnstown. Preceded in death by father, R. Kenneth Dawson Sr. and brother Robert W. Dawson, Sr. Survived by mother, Helen C. (Schellhammer) Dawson; daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and Dwayne Fisher, Orlando, FL; son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Tamyra (Lowery) Dawson, Melbourne, FL; son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Christine (Aurandt) Dawson, Johnstown, PA; daughter and son-in-law, Sara and Terry Campbell, Mims, FL. 7 grandchildren. Sister-in-law, Dorothy (Janiga) Dawson, Johnstown, PA. Also 2 nieces and 1 nephew. Rick was a 1968 graduate of Conemaugh High School.  He was employed as a Master carpenter with the Local Carpenters Union.  Member of St. Gregory and Barnabas Catholic Church, Bon Air.  Lifetime member of the NRA, Daisytown Sportsman’s club and enjoyed hunting and fishing.  Rick was a devoted son, father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed.  Special thanks to Grandma, Dorothy, Ashley and Jim for their loving care of Rick.  Friends received 4-8 p.m. Monday at the Baker-Harris funeral chapel, Conemaugh, where Vigil Service will be held.  Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Gregory and Barnabas Church.  Fr. Robert Ruston.
