Reynold J. Clement

Clement – Reynold J., “Ren”, 78, Johnstown, went to be with the Lord on February 11, 2018 and is reunited with his daughter, Annette. Born on May 29, 1939 in Windber, son of Albert and Lucy (Delorie) Clement. In addition to his daughter he is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Albert and Mary Clement, and his beloved golden retriever, Sophie.He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Connie J. (Amigh) Clement; children, Gina A., wife of David P. Yacynych, Hollsopple, Theresea R. “Terri”, wife of David W. Pitkins Sr., Johnstown, and Michael R, married to Mac Gardner, Wilmington, DE; grandchildren, Stephanie A., wife of Todd Allison, Elton, Malory R., wife of Brian Simmons, Johnstown, Cory J., married to the former Cristina Pecora, Johnstown, and Sarah E. Pitkins, Johnstown; great grandchildren, Wyatt, Chayce, Ryleigh, Brady, Mila, baby boy Yacynych, due March 2018 and several nieces and nephews.  Ren was a 1957 graduate of Adams Summerhill High School. He was a US Navy Veteran. Ren retired from Sears after 37 years of service as a TV Repairman. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Ren enjoyed camping, fishing, relaxing in his recliner, Pittsburgh sports, and pasta. He loved his entire family, especially his grand and great grandchildren. At Ren’s request there will be no public viewing. Family and friends will be received from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, with the Dr. Don Schreier officiating. Military rites will be conducted at the funeral home by Menoher Post #155 VFW Ritual Team. Private inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family at Richland Cemetery. The family suggests contributions be directed to either the Humane Society of Somerset County, 204 Whitetail Rd, Somerset, PA 15501, or to Humane Society of Cambria County, 743 Galleria Drive Extension, Johnstown, PA 15904 in memory of Reynold.
