Regis T. Marshall

Marshall – Regis T., 92, Oakland, went to be with the Lord on August 18, 2025 at Hollidaysburg Veteran’s Home. Born on April 28, 1933 in Johnstown, son of Regis F. and Margaret A. (Hickey) Marshall. Preceded in death by parents, and wife, Patricia A. (Paff) Marshall.

He is survived by his loving sons, Michael R., Stoystown, PA, and Christopher J, married to the former Kelley Pierce, Cecil, PA; grandchildren, Logan and Lylah; sister, Angela (Benjamin) Tiley, Napels, FL; and several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Regis was a 1951 graduate of the former Johnstown Catholic High School. He was a US Army Veteran serving during the Korean War. Regis retired from St. Vincent College, Latrobe. He was very devoted to his faith. Regis was an active member of St. Benedict Catholic Church. He enjoyed vacationing at the shore in Cape May, NJ and raising his German Shepherds, with his last one being Maggie. Regis especially loved spending time with his family and will be remembered for his loving and giving nature.

Friends will be received from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. on Friday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Fr. David S. Peles, Pastor.
