NOSAL---Regina Mae (Stoy), 91, Richland Woods, passed away on October 9, 2025, surrounded by her devoted daughters at Windber Hospice. Regina was the matriarch and heart and soul of the family. She had an infectious personality that everyone gravitated towards. She was the source of strength for her daughters and showed the grandchildren the importance of family and tradition. Regina was a devout Catholic reciting the rosary daily. Regina was born February 14, 1934, in Ashville, PA, daughter of Russell and Julia (Lidwell) Stoy. Preceded in death by parents; loving husband of 43 years, Joseph R. Nosal; sisters, Margaret Beiswenger, Dorothy Mansfield, Marie Geisel, Janet Stoy, Judi Engbert and Bonnie Stoy; brothers, Donnie Ray Stoy, Roger Stoy and Russ Stoy. Survived by daughters, Bobbie (Randy) Fyock, Cindy Nosal, Debbie Shipman and Renae (Dave) Roman; grandchildren, Matthew (Olga) Fyock, Melissa (John) MacLellan, Mark Fyock, Greg (Kris) Jones, Courtney (Zach Brownlee) Shipman-Brownlee, Tracey (Kevin Fox) Shipman, Joe (Laura) Roman, Mike (Alicia) Roman and Liv Roman; great-grandchildren, Lydia, Liza, Finn, Ellie, Emmy, Addy, JoJo and Wes. Sister of Catherine Stoy and Jackie Fetchko; also survived by sisters-in-law, JoAnn Stoy (Roger) and Mary Jo Stoy (Russ), and many loving nieces and nephews. Regina was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Geistown, where Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, October 13, 2025, with Pastor David S. Peles. The family will receive friends from 2 to 7 p.m., Sunday, October 12, 2025 at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where vigil will be held. Entombment, Richland Cemetery Mausoleum.
