Whysong – Pearl T., 85, Jackson Township, went to be with the Lord on March 18, 2020 at Memorial Medical Center. Born on October 20, 1934 in Johnstown, daughter of Steve and Mary (Kowalchik) Buynack. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Terry; siblings, Patricia Carrier, and Pauline, Preston, and Paul Buynack. She is survived by her loving son, Terry L. (Virginia) Whysong, Jackson Township; grandchildren, Diane C. Hillegass, and her friend, Mark and Lawrence (Rachel) Smith all of Johnstown; great grandchildren, Melanie A. and David Smith, and Terry Lee, and his fiancé Lexi and Joseph Hillegass; great-great grandchildren, Emma Smith, Sony Hillegass, and Lena and Ava Updyke; siblings, Patrick (Isabelle), Phillip (Darlene), Perry (Sonya), Peggy Oliver, Paula K. (Rick) Becker, Paulette (Keith) Douglas, and Polly (Bryan) Ullrich and numerous nieces and nephews. Pearl was a graduate of Franklin High School. She retired from Glosser Brothers after 30 years of service as a clerk. Pearl loved spending time with her entire family, especially her grand, great, and great-great grandchildren. Due to current health conditions, there will be no public viewing. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date to be announced. Private interment will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, with the Rev. Keith Lohr officiating. The family is being served by the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, 229-231 First Street, Conemaugh.
