Mary Louise Roseman

Roseman – Mary Louise, 95, East Taylor Township, went to be with the Lord on October 7, 2017 at Arbutus Park Manor. Born on August 28, 1922 in Johnstown, daughter of Vincent and Rose (Pastuszak) Paruch. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Vitus T. “Vid” Roseman; daughter, Connie L. Rys; sisters, Helen Paruch and Agnes O’Shea, and infant siblings, Joseph and Catherine Paruch. She is survived by her loving daughter, Carole M. Kmett and her friend, John R. Harrison, both of Richland Township; grandson, Brian R. (Jessica) Kmett, Hernando, MS; great grandsons, Ethan and Oliver Kmett and numerous nieces and nephews. Mary was a graduate of East Conemaugh High School. She was employed at the former Bremerski Drug Store, East Conemaugh. Mary was a member of the Church of the Transfiguration, East Conemaugh. She was extremely proud of her Polish heritage and enjoyed listening to polka music. Mary will be remembered for her kind nature, smile, sense of humor and her incredible homemade nut rolls. Mary’s family would like to thank the entire staff at Richland Woods Assisted Living, Arbutus Park Manor, and Windber Hospice for all the love shown to Mary. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until time of Prayer Service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, Conemaugh, Fr. Lawrence Lacovic. Burial will be at Assumption Cemetery.
