I met Bunzey when She joined the E.L. Davis Club. She knew my older Siblings and did not mind sharing some old funny stories about them; I really enjoyed her sharing those memories with me.
But my favorite and funniest memory is of her trying to teach me how to do a dance called the "Slop." She didn't want to hurt my feelings so she just looked over her glasses and said...STOP you gonna break your ankle, this ain't the dance for you! We both had a good laugh. She loved to dance, laugh, have fun and work in the Kitchen club.
Bunzey will be missed; but we thank God for her life, legacy and the precious memories we have of her.
May God bless and comfort your family and give you peace in the name of Jesus Christ.

I can't believe I'm even writing this Mimi was like a Grandma to me. She would always feed us or give us some knowledge whether it was from after school or before we were going on our weekend outings. She will forever be missed and loved. I'm blessed that you had the opportunity to meet my babygirl and do a dance with her to your favorite song "Follow me" ..My deepest sympathy and prayers go out to my 2nd Family the McCray's and English..Love you all

Our condolences to the McCray Family. Yes, growing up I remember Mary L. (Coleman) McCray better known as "Bunzey" as one of the gang of girls who lived across the bridge in Franklin our rivals in sports! But on Sunday, our Jr. Choir sang songs that made the church happy! We could always count on her keeping us up date on what was going on in good old J-town Yes, we will miss you, but you will be alright.

Those we love dont go away, they walk beside us every day. You left us peaceful memories; and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side. My life was blessed through our friendship; You will always be treasured. I will never forget when you comforted me, after the death of my Mother. As God calls us one by one, the chain will link again. May you find blessings in heaven above dear Bunzey.

I'm so sorry to hear of Mary's passing. I met her when she was a roommate to my Aunt at the Transitional Care Unit. I think she was in for her knee or something. She once commented that I was a good niece for taking care of my Aunt. She will never know how much that meant to me. Somehow we reconnected on Facebook, where I enjoyed seeing photos of her family. I'm so sorry that I didn't know she was ill. My condolences to all of you.

Loved sitting and talking with Mary in the Lobby of Graystone. We shared so many mutual friends. She always wanted to go swimming with me, unfortunately we never got to share that event. What a lovely lady. She will be missed.
