Marie A. Brandle

Brandle – Marie A., 94, Johnstown, went to be with the Lord on February 14, 2024 at her residence. Born on January 9, 1930 in Johnstown, daughter of Joseph and Stella (Eckenrod) Partsch. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward R. Brandle; son, Timothy E. Brandle; brothers, James (Mary Louise), Lloyd, and Ronald (Shirley); brother-in-law, Daniel Schofield, and sister-in-law, Carol Partsch.

She is survived by her loving children, George, Pittsburgh, David (Shelly), Wilmington, NC, Kathy (Mike) Saloney, Johnstown, Phillip (Linda), Manchester, PA, Linda (Mike) Kerr, Elton, and Christine Brandle, Johnstown; grandchildren, Justin Selfridge, Amanda Brandle, Nicole Nicastro, Jason, Caitlyn, Joey, Sarah, Curtis Brandle, Kayla Meyers; 10 great grandchildren; sisters, Marlene Schofield, Virginia Beach, VA, and Evelyn (Rudy) Mrsnik, Johnstown; brothers, Bernard, Joseph (Diane) all of Mineral Point and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. 

Marie was a member of Ss. Gregory and Barnabas Parish, Bon Air. She enjoyed Bingo, bowling, and balina. Marie loved her family dearly and will be missed by all.

At Marie’s request, there will be no public viewing or service. Private burial will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
