Sakony, Leonora M., “Lee”, 90, of Oakland. Died June 27, 2018, at Windber Hospice. Born Aug. 16, 1927, in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Carl and Beulah (Hooker) Englehart. Also preceded in death by husband of 63 years, Vincent Sakony Jr.; and sisters, Joanne Dirickson and Bette Spears. Survived by children, Linda (John) Adamchik, Vincetta (Dave) Froehlich, Vincent C. (Karen) Sakony, Roxanne (Joseph) Valchine and Lisa (Brian) Moore; grandchildren, Kim Scurria, Jackie Headrick, Melissa Zubay, Michael Kresko and Autumn Nabors; great grandchildren, Meghan, Morgan, Carter and Campbell; step grandchildren, Tamera, David and Christina; step-great grandchildren, Nicole, Michelle, Michael, Corey and Michael; and great- great grandson, Nixon; and nephew, Mark (Celeste) Dirickson. Retired buyer for Glosser Bros. Member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Geistown. An avid 10 pin and duck pin bowler. Friends received 4-8 PM Thursday July 5, 2018, at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where Vigil service will be held. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 Friday at St. Benedict Church, Fr. I pray that almighty God gives unto you all the strength and his promised love for each and everyone of you in this time of lost of your dear Mother. Always remember the joy she had for each of you and know that she always loved you in all that life brought to you. I will always have her to thank for what she had done for me as a little seven year old in heling my mother take me to get help when I could have other wised died. My God through Jesus Christ Bless and watch over you and your families.

Ralph and I want to offer our sympathies to your entire family. We only met Lee twice ( a wedding and a funeral). She was outgoing and so funny. Lynn, take care at this most precious time.
