L. Grace Adams

Adams – L. Grace, 89, Richland Township, went to be with the Lord on February 20, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. Born on July 11, 1928 in Elton, PA, daughter of Mahlon J. and Lillian (Harbaugh) Lehman. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Stewart; grandson, Steven Adams; siblings, Kenneth, Ruth Feathers, Iva Sipe, Zeda Schrack, Erma Stufft, Raymond, James, Geraldine Ickes, and Opal Burgan. She is survived by her loving children, Timothy (Brenda), Bedford, Karen Douglas, Salt Lake City, UT, Randall (Alice), Schellsburg, and Jeffrey, Richland Township; grandchildren, Stephanie, Jamie, Meghan, Katherine, Gregory, Melanie, and Samantha; great grandchildren, Ryan and Katlyn and several nieces and nephews. Grace was employed at Sears and later retired from JC Penny, where she was employed as a sales clerk. She was a loyal member of St. Benedict Catholic Church. Grace enjoyed dancing, playing BINGO, and reading. She loved spending time with her family. Friends will be received from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Funeral Mass will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Fr.
