Wenturine – Kim David, 64, Richland, went to be with the Lord on April 1, 2023 surrounded by his loving family in the comfort of his home. Born on September 21, 1958 in Spangler, PA, son of John and Edith (Gillo) Wenturine. Preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Janet Wenturine.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Anna Marie (Yauneridge) Wenturine; daughters, Lisa M. (Stephen) Atwell, Latrobe, PA and Lara M. (Brad) Vogel, Richland; grandchildren, Levi, Luke, and Liana Atwell; brothers, John (Tracy) Wenturine, Nicktown, and Robert (Anna) Venturini, Pittsburgh, PA; numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Kim was a graduate of Northern Cambria High School and Penn State University. He was co-owner of Wenturine Brothers Lumber Company, Nicktown, PA, with his brother, John. Kim was a member of the Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship. He enjoyed golfing, traveling, and hunting. Kim loved his dogs, and especially loved his family and playing with his grandchildren.
At Kim’s request, there will be no public viewing. Family and friends will be received from 10 a.m. until time of a celebration of his life at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April, 29th, at the Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship, with the Rev. Gary Tustin officiating. Inurnment will be at Richland Cemetery. The family is being served by the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland.
