WINGARD---Joanne, 91, Richland, passed away on January 14, 2022 at home. Born August 28, 1930, in Johnstown, daughter of Charles and Viola (Huff) Fisher. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Robert and sisters, Dorothy Custer, Alberta Hartnett, Bernadine Hysong, Mary Lou Conrad and Geraldine Fisher. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Joanne and Bob enjoyed traveling the United States in their R.V., antiquing and window shopping; however, what they enjoyed most was spending time together. The family would like to thank Windber Hospice for their care of Joanne. The family is being served by Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland.
