PEOPLES---Minister of Music Joanne, 73, Johnstown, passed away on October 10, 2021. Born January 9, 1948 in Johnstown, daughter of Willie J. and Bertha L. (Pope) Hardison. Preceded in death by parents and sisters, Ivora Allen, Darlene Davis. Survived by Dion E. Peoples Sr., grandchildren, Shaniece Peoples and Dion E. Peoples Jr. and 7 great-grandchildren. Sister of Willie J. Hardison Jr. and John Hardison Sr. Joanne was very passionate about fulfilling her purpose as a great Minister of Music. She loved everyone she encountered, and they loved her back. She touched the lives of many people and was willing to help them even at her lowest times. She will be greatly missed. Member of Praise Center Full Gospel Church, Coopersdale, where she sang, played the piano, and spoke for many services for over 30 years. A private memorial service will be held at her church at the convenience of the family. Committal, Richland Cemetery.  The family is being served by Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland.
