BLOUGH---Jeffrey R., 61, Salix, passed away on June 6, 2021 at home. Born October 15, 1959, in Johnstown, son of Charles and Madeline (McConeghy) Blough. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Gary and Charlie and nephew, Timmy Blough. Survived by brothers and sisters, Sharon Carden (Ervin), Dunlo; Donna Block (Joe), Llanfair; Mim Ohler (Gene), Llanfair; Randy Blough, Salix; David Blough, New Germany; and Kevin Blough, Elton; also survived numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and sister-in-law, Janet Blough, Windber and close friends. Jeff worked at Bud’s Auto Sales as a detailer. He loved racing and fixing cars, hunting and fishing. He was the crazy uncle to all of his nieces and nephews and was a jokester with his family and friends. The family will receive friends from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, with Rev.
