Jeanne L. Allen

Allen, Jeanne L., 93, of Belmont. Died Aug. 22, 2017, at Cambria Care center. Born June 4, 1924, in Altoona. Daughter of the late Carl and Hester (Davis) Porta. Also preceded in death by husband Robert E. Allen; son Gary C. Allen; and sisters Joanne Kane and Janice Haggins. Survived by daughter Sheri, wife of James R. Stofko, State College; grandchildren, James Robert Stofko, III and Joy M. Stofko; and Jenny Johnston; and great grandchildren, Piper and Aiden Johnston. Jeanne was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Geistown and volunteered at St. Vincent de Paul kitchen. Friends received 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM Friday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Funeral Mass will be held at 1 PM Friday at St. Benedict Church. Fr. David S. Peles. Pastor.
