Janis E. Neff

Neff, Janis E., 64, Fifty Acres, Adams Twp. Joined the Lord and her heavenly family Jan. 2, 2018, at Conemaugh Medical Center. Born June 2, 1953, in Johnstown. Daughter of Bud and Jean (Frock) Parker. Survived by husband of 45 years, Rick; children, Lynn (Jeannine); Jason (Tiffany); and Amanda (Ben); grandchildren, Aaron, Joel, Joshua, Daniel, Nathan, Kaylee, Austin, Rylie, Cordell and Corissa. Sister of Laura Tomb and Kerry (Ethel) Parker; numerous nieces and nephews. 1972 graduate of Richland High School. Member of Faith Chapel. Janis could light up a room with her smile and had tremendous joy for Life.  She loved caring for her family and her animals. Janis loved cooking, singing and dancing to Christmas carols.  If it was snowing, you could find her at the hill sled riding.  If the sun was shining, you could find her in the pool or garden. No matter what the weather, she was our ray of sunshine. Friends received 3-7 PM Thursday and from 1 to 2 PM time of service Friday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Rev.
