James Seitz

SEITZ----James R."Ace," 82, Johnstown, was called to heaven on November 13, 2021 at home. Born April 28, 1939, in Johnstown, son of John Robert and Marcelean Louise (Clemenson) Seitz. Preceded in death by parents; wife, Patricia A. (Klesch) Seitz, sister, Mary Lou Smith and husband, Harry and nephew, David Smith. Survived by children, Mark Seitz, Johnstown; Cindy (Chuck) Formica, Johnstown and Renee Seitz (Gary Green), Richland; grandchildren, Andrea (Andrew) Fiske, Bremerton, WA and Erika Seitz, Johnstown; Nicholas (Kelsey) Formica, Pittsburgh and Ryan (Aleena Yobi) Formica, Pittsburgh. Brother of Jerry (Sandy) Seitz, Blairsville and Sharene (Chuck) Grey, Pittsburgh. James was a 1957 graduate of Johnstown Catholic High School and he was a member of his class reunion committee since graduation. He retired after 45 years of service at Bethlehem Steel Corporation, Bar, Rod & Wire Division. Member of Windber Country Club and Elks BPO #175. He was an avid sports fan, golfer and gardener. He and Pat organized and hosted numerous trips around the world. The family will receive friends from 3 to 7 p.m. at Wednesday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, with Fr. David S.
