Jacqueline Lee (Sedlmeyer) Mundwiler

MUNDWILER---Jacqueline Lee (Sedlmeyer), 78, Richland, died on October 7, 2025. Born August 25, 1947, in Johnstown, daughter of John B. and Frances Inez (Rogers) Sedlmeyer. Preceded in death by parents; children: Lisa, Gregory, and Michael John Mundwiler; and sister Barbara Stuart.

She is survived by son Jeffrey B. Mundwiler and daughters-in-law Maria Mundwiler and Sue Anne Mundwiler; Grandchildren Michael, Ethan (wife: Shyanne), and Fiona Mundwiler; Great-Grandchildren Briella and Maverick Mundwiler; and former husband Boyd “Skip” Mundwiler.

Jacqueline (AKA Jackie, Jackie Baby, Party Girl - those were her son Michael’s nicknames for her, which she loved) was a woman of faith and a lifelong attendee of Saint Mark’s Episcopal Church. She adored her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and her two cats Cappy and Farley. (She also adored Billy Joel and, we are convinced, thought someday she would marry him. Well, either him or Tom Selleck.)

She also loved elephants and had quite the collection of porcelain, plush, wooden, ceramic, plastic…you get the idea…elephants. She even had elephant purses, elephant slippers, elephant earrings, elephant necklaces….. Did we mention she loved elephants?

And lastly, she loved old movies. The black and white ones. And had an encyclopedic knowledge of the movies and the actors and actresses.

A service will be held at Saint John’s Episcopal Church, Bellefonte, PA. The date and time of the service will be announced here in the near future. Please check back again soon.
