Jack Strait

Strait, Jack, 88, of Richland. Died Nov. 13, 2022 at home. BornNov.24,1933, in Saluvia (Fulton County) PA. Son of the late Robert I. and Susie K. (Moore) Strait. Also preceded in death by brother, Russell Strait and sister Delores Saylor. Survived by wife Sarah A. (Kelley); children, Barbara Ann (James) Weis; John R. Strait; and Jean Renee (Joyce) Strait. Step-children, Kimberli (Kevin) Green and Charles J. (Alicia) Witko. Grandchildren, Jon and Brooke (Chris) Adamy, Kyle Splinter and Diana Jones; Sarah and Jacob Green, Logan and Sydnee Witko; and three great grandchildren; Hannah and Riley Adamy and Alec Way. Also, nieces and nephews. A 1951 graduate of former Dale High School. An Air Force Veteran of Korean War. Retired construction supervisor. Longtime member of American Legion. Jack greatly enjoyed hunting and fishing in Fulton County. Friends received 2 to 8 pm Thursday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where service will be held at 11 am Friday. Rev.
