Iva L. Taylor

Taylor – Iva L., 92, Richland, went to be with the Lord on February 16, 2021. Born on June 13, 1928 in Adams Township, daughter of Merle and Frieda N. (Dunmyer) Harbaugh. Preceded in death by her parents; 1st husband, William R. Marsh; 2nd husband, William J. Taylor; infant son, Larry, and brothers, Ernest, Paul, and Robert. She is survived by her loving daughter, Karen E., wife of David E. Harris, Rostraver Township, PA; grandsons, Mark, married to the former Rhonda Spoto, Manassas, VA, and Timothy R., married to the former Erin Weckesser, Thorton, CO; great grandchildren, Jonathon and Jenna Harris, both of Manassas, VA; sisters-in-law, Delores Harbaugh, Beaver, PA and Jacqueline Harbaugh, Williamsport, MD, and several nieces and nephews. Iva was a graduate of Richland High School. She was a member of Elton Zion United Methodist Church, and the DAR. Iva enjoyed gardening and canning as well as visiting with her friends at Senior Life. She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren and enjoyed visiting with them when possible as well as their Sunday phone calls. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. on Monday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, with the Rev. Daryl Penrod officiating. Private burial will be at Richland Cemetery. The family suggests contributions be directed to Elton Zion United Methodist Church, 1086 Mt Airy Drive, Elton, PA 15934 in memory of Iva.
