Henry S. Block Jr.

BLOCK—Henry S. Jr., 81, Conemaugh, went to be with Lord on April 18, 2020. Born Nov. 19, 1938, in Johnstown, son of Henry S. Sr. and Elizabeth (Ankney) Block. Preceded in death by parents; son, Henry S. Block III, brothers, Charles and Miles and sister, Venetta Block. Survived by wife of 59 years, Veronica (Urban) Block, grandchildren, Henry S. IV; and Jeffrey Block and three great-grandchildren. Brother of Clyde, Joseph, Martin, Francis and sister, Kay Ohler. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Henry worked as a baker at Dutch Maid Bakery for 39 years. At Henry’s request, there will be no services. Private burial at Dunlo United Methodist Cemetery.
