Frank A. Panarella

PANARELLA, Frank A. 84, of Johnstown, died May 21, 2021 at Memorial Medical Center. Born Feb. 8, 1937, in Johnstown, son of the late Vito and Anna Panarella. Also preceded in death by loving first wife, Kathleen Dolores (Yurasek); grandson, Baker Panarell; brother, Sam; and sisters, Josephine Lacastro and Anna Christian. Survived by loving second wife, Pat (Hildebrand) Panarella; children, Margaret Ann Cornelus, Francis Patrick (Cathy Hutzel) Panarella, Jonathan Vincent (Beth) Panarella; and Kelley Ryan; grandson, Lucas Cornelus; and 4 great grandchildren. Also survived by brother-in-law of Robert Christian. Retired from Bethlehem Steel Corp and LCM Development. Member of Faith Baptist Church. Past member of Connumach Lions Club and the NRA. Frank enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, riding his Goldwing motorcycle and decorating his house for the holidays. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 24, 2021, from 2 p.m. until time of Funeral service at 5 p.m. at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland with Rev. Carl F. Irwin officiating.
