BAILEY---Eulalia I. “Lail,” 93, Laurel View Village, formerly of Richland, passed away June 18, 2020, at Laurel View Village. Born July 12, 1926, in Johnstown, daughter of Albert W. and Hilda M. (Boxler) Fisher. Preceded in death by her parents, husband James R. Bailey Sr., brothers and sisters, Mildred Fisher, Albert Fisher and William Fisher and nieces, Lori (Fisher) Kelso and Victoria A. “Vicki” Oherrick. Survived by children, James R. Jr. and wife, Patricia, Richland; Richard W. and wife, Janet, East Petersburg, PA; and Marjorie A. and husband, Thomas Kelly, North Carolina; grandchildren, Barbara Villano, North Carolina, Michael Bailey (Miranda), North Carolina, Elizabeth Gee (Kevin), East Petersburg, PA; and Matthew Bailey (Zack Thill) Seattle; great-grandchildren, Christopher Villano, Katilin Villano, Evan Bailey, Camryn Bailey, Emily Gee and Matthew Gee. Sister of Laura Oherrick, Bedford; Margie Lach, Chicago; and Paul Fisher, Texas. 1944 graduate of Johnstown Catholic High School. At Lail’s request, there will be no viewing or visitation. Funeral Mass will be at held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Geistown, with Fr. David S. Peles. Committal, Richland Cemetery. The family suggests memorial donations to Windber Hospice, 600 Somerset Ave. Windber or The Caring Fund at Laurel View Village 2000 Cambridge Drive, in memory of Eulalia I. Bailey. Lail lived just across the street from me these last 16 yrs. She was a great neighbor& I miss her so much!

My mom and Lail were best friends forever. I remember going to each others houses at Christmas time and what a beautiful person she was, both inside and out. May her family treasure her memory and know she is in heaven with Jim and her other family members.
