Donald F. Loushe

Loushe – Donald F., 87, Richland, went to be with the Lord on March 9, 2024. Born on November 18, 1936 in Johnstown, son of Frank L. and Mary (Ozbold) Loushe. Preceded in death by his parents; wife, Faye (Barkley) Loushe; sons, Robert and Dennis Davis; daughter, Vicki Layton, and grandson, Todd Knisely. 

He is survived by his loving daughter, Marla D. (Robert) Knisely; sisters, Joan Mooney, and Judy Winarchik; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, as well as numerous friends, including dedicated friends, Geraldine Akins, and Pamela Harclerode. 

Don was a 1955 graduate of Richland High School. He was a US Navy Veteran, serving as Aviation Electricians Mate 3^rd Class. Don retired from Local Union #5 I.B.E.W. after 40 years of service as an electrician. He enjoyed traveling, auctions, and NASCAR, but most of all loved camping with his family. 

Friends will be received from 3 p.m. until time of service at 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 16^th,  at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, with the Rev. James Gay officiating. Military rites will be conducted at the funeral home by Menoher Post #155 VFW Ritual Team. Private entombment will be at Richland Cemetery Mausoleum.
