Dolores M. Stiles

Stiles - Dolores M. “Dee”, 92, passed away peacefully on May 6, 2026, at Windber Hospice, Windber, PA. Born January 13, 1934, in Johnstown, she was the daughter of the late Harry E. Rose and Myrtle E. Brinker Rose.

Dolores was one of fourteen siblings and is survived by her sister and best friend, Daisy Marek. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 65 years, Clair M. Stiles, and by her son-in-law, Timothy A Wise.

She is survived by her loving children: Debra Wise, Brian (Colleen) Stiles, and Craig Stiles. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Andrew (Natasha), Skyler, and Corinna (Matt) May.

Dolores was a lifelong member of Oakland Church. She enjoyed golfing, fishing, and camping, and treasured the time she spent with family and friends. Above all, Dolores will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and faithful friend whose kindness and love touched many lives.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the caring staff of Windber Hospice for their compassion and support.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. on Monday, May 11th, at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland with Pastor Ruth Moore. Committal will be at Richland Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dolores’ memory to Oakland Church, 1504 Bedford Street, Johnstown, PA 15902.
