Siembak, Dennis M.,”Diesel”, 57, of Johnstown. Died Oct. 1, 2011, at Conemaugh Medical Center. Born September 19, 1954, in Johnstown. Son of the late Stanley E. and Carole L. (Silevinac) Siembak. Survived by wife of 16 years, Karen (Sprinkle)and these children; Matthew, Phoenix, AZ; and Lee, married to the former Laura Benner, Cumberland, MD. Grandchildren; Gage and Levi. Brother of Edward F. and Bobbie of Johnstown; Kathleen F., wife of Jeffrey E. Johnson, Ligonier; and Stephen M. ,married to the former Angelia (Doria) of Perryopolis, Pa.  Also uncle Nick Silevinac and nieces and nephews, Corey, Gretchen, Jesse, Stephen Jr., Ryan, Matthew, Gena and Sloan, Cade and Cameron, Emerson and Carter. 1973 graduate of Johnstown High School. Retired employee of Johnstown Plant, Bethlehem Steel Corp. Owner/ Operator of Siembak Trucking and Excavating. Member of Johnstown Rod and Gun Club and Morning Coffee Club at Our Sons Restaurant. An avid hunter and fisherman. A friend to many and will be greatly missed. Friends received 2-8 pm Thursday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where Service will be held at 8 pm.
