Delores J. "Tootsie" Gartrell

GARTRELL---Delores J. “Tootsie,” 87, Ebensburg, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 5, 2026. Born July 16, 1938 in Conemaugh, daughter of Russell and Ann (Wiackley) Kokler. Preceded in death by parents and loving husband of 59 years, Edward C. Gartrell who died in 2021. Survived by sisters, Linda (Frank) Paolillo, Lower Burrell; Cynthia (Paul) Gartland, Salix; nephew, Mark (Marina) Paolillo, Gibsonia; niece, Michele (Kenneth) Hoff, Gibsonia; nephew, David Gartland and fiancée Cheryl, Salix; and Ryan Gartland, Middletown; also survived by great-nieces and great-nephews, Anthony, Nicole, Caitlyn (Jeremy) and Marko Paolillo, Michael (Clair) Hoff, Matthew Hoff and Ciara Gartland. Delores graduated from Franklin High School in 1956. She worked for U.S. National Bank for 30 years and she also had her real estate license. The family will receive friends from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. The Funeral Service will be held at Noon at St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox, 1001 St. Clair Road, Johnstown, Fr. Christopher Shadid officiating. Entombment, Grandview Cemetery Mausoleum.
