David A. Gorba

GORBA---David A., 31, Richland, went to be with the Lord on April 11, 2019 at home. Born May 16, 1987, in Johnstown, son of Robert A. and Susan A. ( Lesko) Gorba. Preceded in death grandparents, uncle, Stephen Lesko and aunt, Martha Franey. Survived by parents, Richland; aunts, uncles and numerous cousins. David was very proud to graduate from the Greater Johnstown Career and Technology Center. He enjoyed traveling in the R.V. and going to the beach and eating crab. He was a big fan of the Steelers and the Penguins. David also loved going to the movies and he loved his miniature dachshund, C.J. In earlier years, he enjoyed participating in Special Olympics and Camp PARC. Member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Geistown. The family will receive friends at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, until time of Funeral Mass at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, at St. Benedict Church, Fr. David S. Peles, Pastor. Committal, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Lilly.
