ANDERSON, Colleen B. “Charlie,” 59, Johnstown, passed away on November 27, 2020, in Johnstown. Born July 4, 1961, in Massachusetts, daughter of William and Sarah (Swartzentruver) Neff. Preceded in death by parents; brother, P.J. and sister, Kim May. Survived by boyfriend of 22 years, David Stone, children, Randy Anderson and fiancé, Wendy Bechtold, Altoona and James Anderson, Pittsburgh. Sister of Robert Neff, Johnstown and Sherrie Neff-Belliveau, Wisconsin. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Charlie enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family and her pets. She also enjoyed going for motorcycle rides and bowling. A family gathering will be held in the future. The family is being served by Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, 229-231 First St., Conemaugh.
