Mack – Chantelle M., 33, Johnstown, passed away on November 16, 2017. Born on June 10, 1984 in Johnstown, daughter of Deborah A. Procious and her friend, Martin Roles both of Johnstown. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her loving children, Jay Chana, James Jr., Haylee, and Kobe Mack all of Johnstown and numerous friends, including special friend, Tim. Chantelle was employed as a care giver for various Home Health Agencies. At Chantelle’s request there will be no public viewing or service.
