BROTEMARKLE--Catherine "Kay,” 94, Richland, went to be with her lord surrounded by family on Sunday May 19th, 2024. Born March 10, 1930, in Johnstown, daughter of Robert and Rose (Murphy) Kyler. Preceded in death by parents and her loving husband, Robert "Bob" Brotemarkle, twelve brothers and sisters, daughter, Debbie and great-granddaughter, Faith. She is survived by daughter, Leslie, son, Rob, four granddaughters, Ashley Jocic, Megan Maurer, Daniella Tenesi and Amanda Arendt, six great-grandchildren and sister, Rose Stringent. Kay was a longtime member of the Walnut Grove Church of the Brethren. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May, 22, 2024 at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, with Rev. Abby Shaffer officiating.
