Carol Ann Orms

ORMS---Carol Ann, 78, Johnstown, passed away on September 1, 2026. Born October 14, 1947 in Johnstown, daughter of Telford C. and Anna Jean (Roseman) Vore. Preceded in death by parents; former husband, John Lushko; sons, Michael Lushko and Derek Lushko; brothers, Barry and Telford Vore; and husband, Max Orms. Survived by sons, Chad Lushko, Johnstown and Thomas Lushko and wife, Katie, Johnstown; grandchildren, Rydan, Gianna, Lily and Mason; nieces and nephews, Brian, Jason, Mike, Doug, Leah, Dana, Michelle, Stephanie, Tracey and Todd. Carol Ann was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was a 1965 graduate of Richland High School. Carol Ann was an administrative assistant for over 40 years at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and watching football.
