Brian M. Cominsky

COMINSKY—Brian M., 60, Windber, passed away on May 4, 2025 at Memorial Medical Center. Born December 13, 1964 in Johnstown, son of John and Ursula A. (Bogdon) Cominsky. Preceded in death by father, brother John Cominsky and special uncle, John "Moose" Bogdan. Survived by mother, Ursula; his wife of 41 years, Connie S. (Custer) Cominsky; daughters, Kelly Nicklow and husband, Brent, Somerset; and Kristi Mroczka and husband, Stephen, Windber; grandchildren, Hunter, Alaina, Dillan, Vayda, Harper and Renzley. Brother of David Cominsky (late wife, Jeanie); Mark Cominsky and wife, Tina; Joe Cominsky and wife, Claudia and Mike Cominsky. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Brian worked at Emglo for over 20 years and Windber Beverage for over 10 years. He was a member of the Windber American Legion, Post #137 and Windber Moose Lodge #349. Brian enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. He had a great personality and sense of humor. Brian loved his pug, Casey very much. He will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. At Brian’s request, there will be no visitation or service. The family is being served by Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland.
