Prayers go out to Otis and Brendas family. Our friendship started back at Eastern Michigan University in the 70s. Over the years miles separated us physically, but in spirit we were close thru phone calls. Her last visit to Detroit will always live in my heart. We shared a strong bond and birthdays only a day apart. It is rare in these days to claim a friendship/sisterhood thats lasted more than 40 years. May you rest in heaven my big sister.

Otis so sorry to hear the passing of Brenda. Just loved her and always looked forward to talking to her and admired her talent as a seamstress and her coordinated outfits. If you feel like talking please call me.

Otis, so sorry about Brenda. She was a beautiful lady. I will always remember what a sweetheart she was when she came in my store( Joann Fabrics). She always had a smile on her face and would give me a hug every time she saw me ( even at car cruises). She will be missed. RIP Brenda...
