LEHMAN---Billie Ann, 93, Richland Township, went to be with the Lord on August 4, 2026 at Villa Personal Care, Johnstown. Born August 20, 1932, in Kincaid, WV, daughter of William and Dicksie (Ingram) Smith. Preceded in death by parents; husband, James P. Lehman and brother, Dixie Leigh Smith. Survived by children, Lynn A. (Lori) Lehman, Apex, NC; Christine A. (Edward) Fisher, Richland Township; Beth A. Lehman, Pittsburgh; and Stacy A. Lehman, Richland Township; grandchildren, Katie A. (Daniel) Vavrek, Pittsburgh; and James A. Lehman, Apex, NC. Sister of Phyllis J. Hall, Pittsburgh. Billie was a graduate of Shade High School. She worked at Wolf’s and Reynolds an exclusive men’s shop in downtown Johnstown, where she met her husband, Jim. Later she worked at Kaufman’s Wedding World in Richland Township. Billie enjoyed reading and she was an excellent seamstress. She especially loved her grand-dogs. At Billie’s request, there will be no public viewing. A private funeral service will be held at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Private entombment, Richland Cemetery Mausoleum. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Humane Society of Cambria County, 743 Galleria Drive Ext., Johnstown, PA 15904 in memory of Billie Ann Lehman.
