Betty Lou Wainwright

Wainwright, Betty Lou, 95, Baldwin Borough, Pittsburgh, formerly of Headricks area of Johnstown. Died June 2, 2020, at home. Born Aug. 2, 1924, in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Hiram F. and Sarah Lucy (Hunt) Ribblett. Also preceded in death by husband, Robert E. “Nelse” Wainwright; sons-in-law, Gary A. Schaper and Brian Anderson; sisters, Ruth Britton, Joan Shaffer, Mildred Aughenbaugh, Doris Tomlinson, Ora Mae Gillespie; and brothers, William R., infant Charles R. and Theodore “Ted” Ribblett. Survived by children, John David “Jack” (Jodi) Wainwright, Doris L. “Dorie” Schaper and Joni Lynn Susko; also 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Betty Lou was a graduate of Franklin High School and Cambria-Rowe Business College. She was a member of Summit Chapel United Methodist Church and former member of Anna L. Windolph Chapter #495, Order of Eastern Star. Friends received from 1 pm to 2:30 pm, time of service Saturday June 6, 2020, at Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, 229-231 First St. Conemaugh. Rev.
