Robel, Betty J., 90, of Richland. Died Sept. 24, 2016, at Arbutus Park Manor. Born Mar. 25, 1926, in Central City, PA. Daughter of the late Merle and May (McClemens) Robinson. Preceded in death by first husband, John E. Snyder and second husband, Fred Robel, Jr.; siblings, Lt. Com. Robert M. Robinson, William Robinson; and Elizabeth P. Jones. Survived by daughter, Betty, wife of John Mull, Hooversville, PA and grandson, Shawn Mull; and nephew, Cary D. Jones, Pasadena, MD. Member of Beulah United Methodist Church. Friends received 6-8 PM Tuesday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where service will be held at 1:30 PM Wednesday. Pastor David Stains. Entombment at Richland Cemetery Mausoleum.
