Angela L. Burke

Burke, Angela L. 71, of Richland. Died Nov. 11, 2021 at Windber Hospital. Born Dec. 1, 1949, in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Lewis A. and Elizabeth J. “Betty” (Sisco) Michno. Also preceded in death by brothers Lewis A “Babe” Michno, Jr. and Joseph E. Michno, AKA” Joey Covington”. Survived by husband Dick Burke, Sr; daughter Robin (James) Bambrey, TN and Dick Jr. (Amy) Burke, Richland; grandchildren Ben and Sam Bambrey and Anna and Sophia Burke; Sister of Sandra C. (Ralph “Doc”) Dostal, James (Mary Ellen) Michno, and Patricia (Stanley) Scislowicz. Angie was a graduate of Conemaugh Valley High School and retired from AmeriServ Bank. She was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Geistown. Angie was a cheerleader at Conemaugh Valley and coached cheerleading at St. Benedict School. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who greatly enjoyed her family. Private family visitation, however friends invited to attend her Service at 3 pm Sunday Nov. 14, 2021, at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Fr. David S. Peles, Officiating.
