PRINDLE---Brian Scott, 46, Windber, died unexpectedly at home on Monday, September 6, 2021. He was born on January 17, 1975, in Johnstown, son of Thomas Sr. and Mary (Raneri) Prindle. Preceded in death by grandparents, grandmother who he was close to, Helen Raneri, who died April 11, 2020, mother-in-law, Kitty Botteicher, uncle, Salvatore Raneri, aunt, Helen Meals and best fur friend, Chewy. Survived by his wife, Jaime (Botteicher), whom he married on September 26, 2009; parents, brothers, Thomas Jr. (Mily) Red Lion; Jason (Erin), Bethel Park; and Timothy (Amy), Mineral Point; and sister, Lisa (Tyler) Tennesen, California; nieces, Xiomara, Mia, Casey, Lilly, Katy, Mazzy, Ava and Layla; nephews, Dylan and Brody, aunts, uncles, cousins and fur friend, Toby. Brian was an Army veteran and member of the Army Reserves. He was a member of the VFW, American Legion, Polish Falcons and the Slovak Club, all in Windber, and the Polish Club of Nanty Glo. He was the Pool Captain of the American Legion Team 1. Brian loved Stephen King books, playing pool and PlayStation games, watching horror and military movies and he was an avid Steelers fan. He had just done a fantasy football draft with his family and friends on Sunday evening. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of Memorial service at 11 a.m. Friday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland with Fr. David S. Peles officiating.
