
Zora M. Kaltenbaugh
Kaltenbaugh, Zora M., “Pinky”, of Richland Township, passed away on February, 12, 2010 at Windber Hospice. She was born on April 24, 1950 in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Michael, G. Matijevich and Verna L. (Graham) Matijevich, Johnstown. Preceded in death by father, In addition to her mother she is survived by loving husband of 40 years, Donald E. Kaltenbaugh, Richland Township; sons, Donald E. “Dutch” Kaltenbaugh and his girlfriend, Carla Bulava, Greensburg and Zoran M. Kaltenbaugh married to the former Shanna L. LaBarko, Richland Township; grandson, Zane Michael Kaltenbaugh, Richland Township; brother, Michael married to the former Nancy Stiles, Richland; sisters, Dani wife of Thomas Schreyer, Franklin Borough, Mila Matijevich, Mineral Point; Kuma-Goddaughter, Helene Gleason, Westmont; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; many friends and her loving pet, Ivory. Zora graduated from the 1st class of Conemaugh Valley High School. She attended Cambria-Rowe Business College and was employed by Cambria County Children and Youth Services as a Clerk Typist, Zora was a member of St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church and a former member of St. Petka Serbian Orthodox Church. She was an avid Steeler fan and attended Steeler Training Camp for Women with her co-workers. Zora enjoyed going to Virginia Beach and Light Houses. She was always willing to lend a helping hand to friends. Zora also enjoyed Sunday’s buffet at the Szechuan Restaurant, Downtown with her family and friends and especially loved spending time with her grandson, Zane. Friends will be received from 4-8 P.M. on both Monday and Tuesday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where Pomen will be sung at 7 P.M. on Tuesday. Pomen service will begin at the funeral home at 9:30 A.M. on Wednesday followed by funeral service at St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church, Rev. Father Dejan Obradovic. Committal service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Chapel. The family suggests memorial contributions may be directed to Windber Hospice, 600 Somerset Avenue, Windber, PA 15963 or to the American Cancer Society, Central Region, Cambria Unit, 350 Budfield Street, Johnstown, PA 15904 in memory of Zora.
